I had a pair of glasses with a broken screw, so I called Bailey Nelson Optometrist in Kensington. They were more than happy to help, so I brought them in. The staff was incredibly friendly, and they fixed my glasses in just 5 minutes—completely free of charge! Great service!

I had visited this Optomotrist for the first time. She was very personable and she took a great deal of care in making sure that I would receive a perfect prescription. It was the kind of experience where I felt that I have known her for a while even though I haven't. I also felt in good hands with her assistant. I feel that this is my new Optimetrist and that I will look very forward to future visits.
