It was an awesome experience with Theo.
I recently took my child for a walk in appointment at this location and the front staff were so patient with them. Dr. Wong was also very kind and so good at explaining what was going on with their eye health. Then a few days later I took a relative for am emergency checkup. My relative couldn't speak English but once again we were met with so much patience from the front staff and Dr. Wong. I will definitely be taking my child for their follow up again to this location.
Dr Holaday was very nice and professional. I went to this location and the staff was great, helped me with my options and assisted me with the frames. Overall great experience ✨️✌🏻👌🏻
Theo at the Crossiron location is an absolute GEM. They took time on Saturday to go through a bunch of frames, give me thier opinion and got me to try on some frames that I would have never. It was like being there with a friend. I have been having issues with my current glasses and they had me come back on Tuesday (I had contacts in during my first visit) and took the time to figure out what the issues were.
