I had a great experience here. I walked around Chinook and visited many eyewear stores but no one really helped me choose frames. They only told me about discounts and I had to look through everything by myself. When I came into this store, Whitney came up to me right away and asked if I needed help. I visited Bailey Nelson for the first time today after Instagram ads worked their magic. Ashlyn was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in. Ashlyn was patient and helpful as I tried on different pairs and asked for her opinion over and over. Ashlyn made great recommendations regarding additional features for my new glasses going above and beyond in her customer service. From the moment I walked in I was helped incredibly well. Overwhelmed with the choice of frames to choose I was instantly advised on what looked best on my face. After a very thorough eye exam, I was able to chose a frame I was so happy with. 2 weeks later I was able to pick them up, again great service upon arrival and have been so pleased with the purchase.
