The staff at Bailey Nelson at Charlestown are wonderful. I was served by Emily as soon as I walked into the store and she was super helpful and assisted me in purchasing my glasses. She had some great advice as well with finding the best pair for my face shape.
It was my first time visiting this store and I was very happy with the care and professionalism of the optometrist Shalini. The staff who greeted me and helped me choose my glasses etc were also very friendly and helpful.
Your optometrist for my appointment was outstanding Her service and advise has far surpassed any I have had from specsaver I have a three month follow up and will not miss it Sorry I can not remember her names she works at toys shop at Charlestown
