They didn’t take my insurance. I had to figure out how to input it myself and it worked fine. The free glasses case was about as ugly as I had ever seen. I left that there. I found the glasses had a limited selection and were cheap looking.
I always have a great experience with Bailey Nelson. I find their pricing offers better value than competitors (much better in some cases) and the service is top notch. Very helpful and friendly staff who take time to explain my eye health (doctor’s advice) and then my eyeglass order (retail staff advice).
The clerk was very helpful and polite, always good and excellent service.
The optometrist was amazing I really appreciated their flexibility in seeing me in an emergency eye situation. I would highly recommend them
Amazing service and great prices at Bailey Nelson! I went in with low expectations (customer service isn’t what it used to be), but Emin completely changed that. He greeted us right away, offered help, and gave us space to browse—but he didn’t check out after that.
