UPDATE: Following my initial review Mandeep reached out, and her service was incredible. While I previously felt dismissed and misled, Mandeep made me feel heard from the start. Her focus was on making it right and ensuring I left with a pair of glasses (and lenses) I was happy with. This location is very lucky to have an employee as dedicated to customer satisfaction as her.
