Had a wonderful initial experience when I brought my daughter in for her eye exam appointment following selecting glasses. Once order was placed I got a notification a week later indicating they arrive on a Sunday. I called Monday to verify and asked when they would be shipped to my home address (this was set up before) the lady said she would mail them that day or the next day, Tuesday.
