After a not so great interaction at the West Edmonton Mall branch, I made my way to the Kingsway one and was greated by Ash, not only was all my questions asked, found exactly what I was looking for and left with a tune up on my old pair. 10/10 service from Ash and overall just lovely to talk to! Will be back in the future and continue to spread the word of BN!
Another excellent experience for me and my 88-year old momma! Both Dr Mustapha and Rachel in the front of store could not have been more kind, professional, and efficient. Again, I highly recommend this location. What a great experience! Super-welcoming front end staff and an excellent optometrist. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional! Would highly recommend.
Top notch service. Everyone is pleasant and fun. Makes getting new specs less of a task. I was fitted in a really cute pair of glasses that are fun. Dr is very nice. Very quick exam. All in all a great experience.
