Optometrist was awesome. He answered all the questions I had and was very kind. Kyle (I really hope I got the name right here) in the front helped us decide on glasses. Went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We laughed and chatted. Would absolutely recommend this Bailey Nelson
As a business owner, I want to emphasize the importance of customer service. Unfortunately, I feel that Bailey Nelson falls short in this regard. The day after purchasing $750.00 in new glasses and an eye exam, I received an email announcing a promotion for free progressive lenses with an eye exam. I promptly contacted the Kingsway location and spoke with a young man who informed me that I was no longer eligible for the promotion. Love the wide variety, styles of frames available. The bold look frames caught my eyes & I purchased two frames. Customer Service was great, adjustments made to frames for a perfect fit! Definitely will visit store on for sunglasses.
