Bailey Monument is a good place to purchase a monument for your love ones. Their staff are excellent in working with you to get your desires met. Bailey is also efficient and prompt when it comes to completing the job. Thank you Bailey Monument!
Run, don’t walk, to any company that is not Bailey Monument. We paid thousands of dollars (up front) for my mom’s gravestones and almost a year later we have gotten nothing but excuses and the runaround. Truly unbelievable that a company that offers such terrible service is still in business.
Order placed through the Valdosta office. Deposit paid. Approaching 12 months and still no marker. Family had accepted an estimated 6-9 month delivery. Only contact person is receptionist. No return calls from Valdosta team. No return calls from Waycross management. Receptionist relays excuse after excuse. Our family would never recommend Bailey. Now out thousands of dollars with nothing but a bag of secondhand excuses.
Zero stars. After 20 years and eight months my mother’s head stone fell over and you can’t even read the words on the bottom. Ten year warranty they want me to pay to have it fixed.
