Order placed through the Valdosta office. Deposit paid. Approaching 12 months and still no marker. Family had accepted an estimated 6-9 month delivery. Only contact person is receptionist. No return calls from Valdosta team. No return calls from Waycross management. Receptionist relays excuse after excuse. Our family would never recommend Bailey. Now out thousands of dollars with nothing but a bag of secondhand excuses.
Zero stars. After 20 years and eight months my mother’s head stone fell over and you can’t even read the words on the bottom. Ten year warranty they want me to pay to have it fixed.
We ordered a date plaque for my mom's grave March of 2024. Told it would be ready June at the latest. It wasn't so we contacted them. They didn't even have a record of it. We paid $280 dollars. We had to send them our paper work. Then asked for my money back. They contacted my husband and said they would get it done. We'll now its August and it's still not done!
