It has been a complete nightmare since the Valerie left. They never sent me my cards, charged me 5 dollars to email me cards and NEVER answer the phone or return calls the the rare cases they actually answer the response is either visit the web site or download the app for help. I now gladly pay more with State Farm, but after numerous attempts to cancel my policy one again I was auto debited and one again no one answers the phone or returns my calls.
Michael was AWESOME ! I had been with my previous insurance agent for years and did not even know who he was. The service and knowledge provided by the agent and staff have been leaps and bounds above others.
