This office has the most incompetent office staff I have ever dealt with. They never answer the phone or return phone calls. Took me a week (they request 24 hours for refilling a prescription) to get a prescription refilled for an inhaler and then they faxed in the WRONG prescription. The pharmacy even called them and they would not return the call. Have been waiting for over a month for them to complete a request for DME (durable medical equipment). I don't understand why they call it Doctor Bailey's office, heck you never see a doctor just a PA. If you need anything from the doctor you have to wait at least 2 weeks after the one of two day's a month he's even in the office to get it back. Then they have an untrained individual that really doesn't understand what she reads to you when you have test results come in. If there were more doctor's taking patients I'm sure this practice would go down hill.
