She has helped me greatly with controlling my Anxiety using DBT, CBT, and ACT. She is caring, compassionate, and when needed straight forward. She challenges me, while giving me helpful feedback. She is where I can come, and unburden my mind knowing she will help me to demystify what is giving me a hard time. If you are concrete in nature, I give her a 10/10.
