I had contacted the office looking for advice on if I had a legal case for a specific circumstance. I had left a message for John Bailey at the end of the day. He returned my call the next day and was extremely helpful with providing the answers and advice I needed. All the law offices I had called never returned my call, but John did and was a pleasure to speak to. I would use this law firm if needed based on this follow through.

He was upfront and honest about the situation I have on my hands, and was willing to send a letter to the company on my behalf. Even though it was a quick phone call, he helped me out more than I could've ever wanted.
