John and his team are wonderful. They were very communicative throughout the process, advocated to get what I deserved, and defended my case and my character throughout. Highly recommend for someone who wants a lawyer who will put in the work, and not just see you as another case file like some of these larger personal injury firms. Additionally he was great at accommodating the fact that I lived outside of the Albany area, and never made the distance feel like it was a burden. A+ character.
