Always a pleasure to deal with Bailey. I bought my first cylinder form them almost 40 years ago.
Same thing happening to us as Mr sneed. They must be reading from a Q card. We never mounted the cylinder either. We returned and was denied.
We had weather issues I understand the delay. What I cannot understand it the lack of attention by your picker people to ship THE WRONG parts. You sent me a 1" coupler when I ordered 1 3/8". I knew I shouldn't have scheduled people to get this running this weekend as planned. 95% of the time American business cannot seem to get the most basic chit right. Terrible!
