My experience with this business was strictly via phone. I spoke to a very professional and pleasant customer, service woman, Michelle? Who not only was very knowledgeable, but when she helped me in great detail to find something that I needed, she didn’t make me feel rushed. Terrific selection of bushings. Restoring a WWII Jeep brake pedal and they had a bushing that fit the housing!! Very impressed!
Ran my machine for years with a 2 inch rod thumb cylinder with no issues. Bought a replacement cylinder from Bailey’s that was supposed to be there heaviest duty cylinder, Bent rod the first batch of trees We picked up within 30 minutes of install. They refused to warranty, saying it was not designed for construction equipment. The item description on their website says for construction and agricultural use.
