I'm a farmer. Bailey did a good job of sending me a hydraulic cylinder. Unfortunately, it did not meet my needs because the shaft wasn't threaded. In order to determine that it did not meet my needs, I needed to test it to reveal a bit of the shaft. Unfortunately for me, even the simplest of testing made the entire cylinder un-returnable. Bailey needs to make this clearer in their policies BEFORE buying.
