Do not deal with this company. My friends are currently building a house with this company & it has been a living nightmare. For an experience that should have been the beginning of an exciting retirement it has been a horrible, frustrating experience. Steer clear of this company.
Find another company!! Since Don's retirement it has gone very bad, fast. Care factor 0, attention to detail 0, honesty & communication 0. Not good!!
I wanted custom home built within the bounds of one of their awards. $400,000 to 500,000. They spent 8 months avoiding giving me information. I kept trying and Jacki along with Don continually declined any sort of a cost for my build. After council approval they told me it would be nearly $900,000!!! Reduculous and I felt they totally tried to take advantage. of me. They really dont even deserve the 1 star !! I walked away. STAY away.
We recently built a new home with Bailey’s and are very pleased with the outcome. The company has thorough processes to ensure good outcomes. The tradies are reputable and the supervisors expect good and competent workmanship. Building a new home can be a daunting undertaking but we found the process enjoyable and rewarding. Our supervisor kept us regularly informed of progress and attended promptly to any issues that arose. We have no hesitation in recommending Bailey Homes to others.
Close friends used this business. They would never recommend or refer anyone after there less than acceptable experience. You would not believe the saga and extortionate way of charging above contract price.
