Doctor Bailey is very soft spoken, but he is nice. I do recommend him but the wait times are absolutely horrendous, booked an appointment for 3:30 and waiting for around 2 hours to go in, people who came after me even went in first. Absolutely horrible customer service EDIT: Absolutely horrible staff, cancelled on us 3 times now for horrible reasoning. Almost out of meds as well.
I have been going to Dr. Bailey since 2020. Staff was amazing until the clinic changed front reception. There are never confirmation calls to remind you of your appt that was booked months in advance. I have been canceled on many times after months waiting for my next appt. The last appointment that was canceled on me was emailed that it was canceled and not a phone call. If you are looking for professional diebetic care, do not see this doctor! I only saw him twice, and it was the worst experience dealing with Doctor's office in all of my 40 plus years with health troubles! His ideas on how to handle diebetes were very refreshing though, and I did like this different approach! Which I was looking forward to! They do not follow the canadian diabetes practice guidelines! In the beginning, they said they were always there for you and your care and wanted to help! I fell for it all! Shame on me!... read more
Dr. Bailey and all of the other staff are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so kind, helpful, and prompt. Dr. Bailey has made me feel a million times better in just a short amount of time which I appreciate immensely. I’ve had unfortunate luck in the past with previous doctors. Dr. Bailey also He also has a great sense of humour and makes me feel at ease. Very happy!
