Reception and clinic NEVER answers phone, always get sent to voicemail, and always have to wait weeks before hearing back. Many times I have left several voicemails on a weekly basis before hearing anything back, usually only in email form. Extremely frustrating especially for those of us who are in need of prescription renewals. If you cannot provide your patients with even the most basic services, you should not be in practice. This is the health and wellbeing of others lives.
Anyone who writes a good review for these people either have no complex problems or they got lucky. I am filling a complaint with the collage of doctors and surgeons because his incompetence has caused me further hard and I had to look for a new specialist because he is never there...have not seen him since july...had 5 appointments that got canceled and rescheduled so I said screw it and its now February and im still waiting for a new referral while my issues get severely worse...my grandma has not evan heard from him or hi... read more
Doctor Bailey is very soft spoken, but he is nice. I do recommend him but the wait times are absolutely horrendous, booked an appointment for 3:30 and waiting for around 2 hours to go in, people who came after me even went in first. Absolutely horrible customer service EDIT: Absolutely horrible staff, cancelled on us 3 times now for horrible reasoning. Almost out of meds as well.
I have been going to Dr. Bailey since 2020. Staff was amazing until the clinic changed front reception. There are never confirmation calls to remind you of your appt that was booked months in advance. I have been canceled on many times after months waiting for my next appt. The last appointment that was canceled on me was emailed that it was canceled and not a phone call.
