I called at approximately 11:44 a.m. and spoke with a woman who did not demonstrate active listening and told me the firm was not practicing, even as I tried to explain my concerns about hospital negligence and civil‑rights issues. This was surprising because the firm handles medical malpractice cases, including some civil‑rights matters.

Just the first call and you can already tell this place isn't worth the money. I asked a simple few questions and the secretary who answered the phone just flat out hung up on me. As a first time caller I would never want anyone to feel like they are ignored and made felt like your call doesn't matter. Honestly I'm not sure how they've been in business 43 years with someone answering the phone with that type of attitude.
Gene Leposki and his team are very good at what they do while also being compassionate and informative.
