Horrible just Horrible, Had a driver down in Willis Tx. Called Baileys at 11:39am and elder guy answered, asked him if he had mobile service he responded yes. I explained what I needed and where truck was at so what kinda of time frame. He told me send him info on unit so he could get parts. I text him all info at 11:45 am Called back at 245pm to find eta he explained I never sent info so he writes info down this time.
