Update 7/8/25 - One Star - They refuse to lower the rate even though they are advertising the exact same floor plan for under $2300, yet they want to charge us $2,753 which is $453+ over priced. They said we could not move units and could only “upgrade” Management is not smart and has bad business practice. They would rather take the loss than negotiate a lower rate to keep their tenants. Bailey Farm has great staff (specially Angelica), outstanding amenities, and a vibrant sense of community. Makayla and Jermey have been such a positive part of living at Bailey Farm Apartments. I always look forward to the events they organize—it’s one of the things that makes Bailey Farm feel like home. Big thanks to both of them!
Bailey farms is a wonderful place to live. It is safe and clean. Resident services are very responsive for any issues. The office staff answer any questions you have or direct you to the right person
