I had a consult with Heydt Philabeck for an employment issue. While he seemed very engaged during the consult, he told me he would follow up with me after he had looked through my documentation. I was recommended to this firm for employment law by another firm that is helping our company with a truck crash. I was told to call and speak to Mr. Philbeck. I spoke to his assistant, I think “Anna” was her name. She stopped me mid sentence and informed me his fee was 750.00 for 2 hrs, and no shorter time available. She could not have been more rude or condescending. 750.00 for two hrs is pretty high in my opinion and I probably would have paid the consultation fee had it not been for her attitude.
