I felt very listened to on my first visit. I hadn’t been to a doctor in a very long time because I never felt like they heard what I was trying to tell them an amazing team and I really appreciate the time they take with each patient.
If you had told me a few years ago that I could have a healthy relationship with my PCP without the bureaucratic disconnected and disinterested nonsense from the Practice Management/Office side of healthcare, I would have been extremely skeptical. Julie and Bob of Bailey Direct Primary Care have been an absolute blessing to me and my husband, Tim. After dealing with the nightmare that is MaineHealth, Julie is a breath of fresh air. It is wonderful to have a doctor who actually cares, takes the time to listen, does thorough examinations and tests, and offers real solutions to medical issues. Also, the responsiveness is amazing!
