Horrible experience. We used Bailey because we wanted extra cabinets installed and we wanted them to match the cabinets our builder installed. At the time, our builder was using Bailey but has since fired them. And understandably so. After months of planning the day of installation came. The installers arrived on time and as planned. DO NOT. If you are a builder, STAY CLEAR!! This company installed the cabinets at my personal home. One of the upper cabinets literally fell off the wall and came crashing down in pieces, 1 year after installation. After working for over a month to chase them down, I told them the story and asked them what they would charge to come out and repair it. They refused to even give me a quote and would not help at all! Customer service 0/10. Installation quality 0/10. They literally don't care.
BUILDERS BEWARE!! This company will wreck your reputation and leave your homeowners upset. I don't care if they are promising a good price and a warranty, they will not hold up to either one of those. Customer's upper cabinet fell off the wall and they were unwilling to fix it, even if we were willing to pay. This company is a nightmare and will cost you MORE than you think you are saving. They Do Not Care.
