I would not recommend KinderCare Bailey Cove to any parent. My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I ultimately made the decision to pull my child from this center. The overall environment felt very unprofessional. Staff members were often rude, and communication with families was inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear answers about what was happening day to day, and concerns did not seem to be taken seriously. Always good service at Bailey Cove Kinder Care!
Been using them for over 2 years for our now 4-yr-old and just entered our 1.5-yr-old. Have been very pleased throughout with the staff and level of care across the board. Was a substantial improvement in terms of meal accomodations and schedule flexibility over our previous daycare at a significantly better price point. Highly recommend under the current staff/management.
