My experience with KinderCare Bailey Cove was incredibly disappointing, and much of that stemmed from the leadership of Center Director Alexis Allen. I would not recommend KinderCare Bailey Cove to any parent. My experience was incredibly disappointing, and I ultimately made the decision to pull my child from this center. The overall environment felt very unprofessional. Staff members were often rude, and communication with families was inconsistent. It was difficult to get clear answers about what was happening day to day, and concerns did not seem to be taken seriously.
