Great bunch of people, they always have the power back on quick after any kind of storm or outage. I've met nothing but nice honest hard working people when anything came up. Its sad people are so petty they will leave a bad review over one incident... we wouldn't have power without these guys.
An entire company full of people who don't know what they're doing, overstep their boundaries, rarely work and often screw up the little bit they do work. Save your time screwing with these clowns because pulling teeth is less painful than dealing with these people.
