Our experience removing and replacing topsoil and adding soil and sod did not go well. 3 years after doing the job and after using professional lawn maintenance the lawn died off. Baily's made no attempt to investigate and correct. I'll have to pay another contractor to redo this lawn. Buyer beware of this company. The pictures are of my 4 yr old sod from bailey' contracting.
