We highly recommend Bailey Construction. They were the only ones we wanted to build our house. Their quality of work was outstanding! We selected Bailey Construction to build a one bedroom, one bath, and a living area in Freeland Mi. This project started on time, continued to progress at a normal rate and is now completed. Throughout this project, we were living in Texas. We received photos of the progress and information from our son who lives in Freeland. In our experience completely remodeling one home, a partial remodel of two others, we have never found an individual with the skills, integrity, and work ethic that Rob displays.
We had the great pleasure of having Bailey construction remodel our first floor. The remodel included demolition of the kitchen, wall removal, ceramic tile floor removal, reconfiguring the structure of remaining walls, new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom and installation of a geometrically shaped backsplash tile. During demolition, as issues with the existing construction were identified, Dan, Aaron, and Rob worked together to determine the best way forward. Sister-in-law called to get an estimate for bathroom remodel and they called back about a month later. One of the first questions the owner asked her was what she did for a living which was unprofessional. It gets better…he then continued to throw out a project cost without even coming to look at the bathroom. What a crooked man… just wants to charge what he thinks he can get out of you. Avoid this company.
