I would strongly recommend avoiding Bailey’s Chevrolet in Willow Springs, Missouri. I dropped my truck off on December 16th and then heard absolutely nothing for three full weeks. No phone call, no update, no explanation. On January 16th, after waiting long enough, I finally called them for an update. I was told they were looking at the truck but did not yet have a diagnosis.
