Steven Sims the project manager came to my house on a Tuesday and seemed like a very nice likable person. He said he would come back on Friday at 3 pm so I made sure to be home. When the appointed time came I called. He said he would come in back on the following Tuesday. Again I am still waiting and there has been no phone calls to keep me informed.
