We realized that our oven was broken last night, 2 days before Thanksgiving. I left a panicked voicemail hoping they would be able to help us. They called us first thing this morning, got the information for our oven and said they would try to help. They had an opening come up throughout the day and came and fixed our oven! They cared about us and our problem and saved the day! What wonderful customer service!
Great service! I let them know I had an event and could only be there first thing in the morning and had to leave by a certain time, but I really need my washer fixed...They got me the first appointment the next day and the technician was there 5 minutes early. This company has a sense of urgency, the pricing is more than Reasonable and are knowledgeable and friendly.
What a professional! He is neat and clean while working. He is always on time and very courteous. Would not let anyone else touch my appliances!
Always have great service on the phone and Russ, on site is always a pleasure and gets the job done timely and right the first time
