I reached out to Bailey and Bailey via email in hopes of getting a retirement gift (hunting knife) engraved within a very tight deadline. They responded immediately and were incredibly helpful! They do not work directly with the public, but had me go through Ken Walker Jewelers (who were equally amazing!). In the end, we were able to get the leather knife sheath engraved and back in 3 days! So disappointed I ordered a fingerprint of my mother to have and cherish and I got a blob of dots not even close! If your going to “make” fingerprint charms make sure it’s MY MOTHERS!!!! Not Happy incredibly upset!!!
