Tried to call there office at least 5 times but nobody pickup the call. Dropping idea to buy insurance from them
I have been engaged with Katie at Bailey Agency for health and dental insurance. Katie has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions. She was patient, professional and extremely helpful. Having been around the block with a few insurance providers I can say that coverage can be tricky and sometimes scary to navigate, but having a partner in Katie has made this such an improved experience. I am genuinely appreciative of the effort she puts in to get me what I need for my coverage next year.
The representative I met with was very pleasant, professional and informed. I changed my Car and Home Owner's Insurance to the Bailey Agency due to substantially lower premiums. Great Service!
