Shaun & his team were reliable & informative during the quoting & installation of our ductied air conditioning system. At the completion of the job Shaun exolained how to use it & told us to call if we had any further questions. From quote, installation & clean up the entire process was seamless. Shaun from Bailair Installed an aircon in our home just before Christmas 2025, seven weeks ago.. He was prompt to respond when we made inquiries. He answered queries about size and suitability and was helpful in our decision-making. He called and texted me the date for installation and the changes in that date. He and his assistant came on time. They were quiet and tidy workers. We now have an air-conditioner which satisfies us. Our thanks to Shaun.

Had a ducted system installed. Shaun and his boys were always professional and did exactly what they were going to do. Could not recommend them enough. Had my first annual ducted service. Unit has not skipped a beat. Kept us warm all winter and to my surprise my energy bills didn’t blow out since I was using it a lot. Bailair was amazing and professional as always.
