This is my first time having dental work done at baig dental group. I have put off going to the dentist for years because it had always been painful. Inefficient processes and longer wait times. The office is not well organised and most probably inefficient staff. To change one crown, it already consumed six months and two failed tries due to wrong crown made by lab. The first was small and exposed the root, Second came with very sharp edges and it is biting the cheek and waiting for third crown to come to get replaced the existing crown. Almost never received any follow call on time.
