First off I drive a Silverado Duramax Diesel and use these guys because they are really the only Chevy truck-only service center in Pittsburgh. If Mr. Heberling was still the service counter guy I would have given them 5 stars, but another gentlemen took his place who just isn't as good (from a customers point of view). Meh, still better than most.
This is Baierl's commercial arm, but they also handle Xchange Leasing, which is essentially a lease designed for Uber Drivers. I dealt with PJ Patsilevas, and he was nothing short of spectacular. He put up with my incessant badgering and always responded courteously and helpfully. He guided me through the whole process and helped me get exactly the car I wanted in the price range I was looking for. I have no experience with any of Baierl's other sites, but if you're in the market for an Xchange Lease, you can't do better.
