Got my car inspected in May 2024 and Baierl Toyota claimed my brake rotors had rust and that I would need 4 new pads and rotors. Passed state inspection but they claimed I needed to fix them urgently. Got a second opinion from another shop and they said brakes were fine and that the rust was just surface level. Pads were at 9/32. Went back for another state inspection in 2025 and they said my brakes were perfect. These were the same brakes that they said were awful one year and 13,500 miles ago. Nice guy named chick greeted us and started our drop off process. Nice guy named Noah wrote us up, added two other items to our list,no problem. Walked over to eaten park for breakfast. They texted us when done. Gave the tech a 20 dollar tip. Thanks so much baierl Toyota. Larry Cramer.
