I took my car in for a dash emission system problem. The first time, they said the tank needed to be a quarter full without mentioning during appointment. The second time, they did something, but the same issue kept coming back, not exactly sure what they fixed. On the third visit, they said the service would cost me around $5,000. I will never go there again—they just keep wasting my time, they should have done everything during first visit.

Terrible service and incompetent workers. Twice, when changing the oil, I asked to pay attention to the uneven wear of the front tires. I was told that everything was fine. Today I found a protruding cord on the front tire. This is terrible service, try to avoid it.
Not all Honda dealers are created equal.. This one is the worst I have ever encountered. They challenged my HondaCare warranty for service. I had to call Honda Corporate and HondaCare to confirm that they were a part of the program... Honda looked them up and confirmed "They should absolutely honor this warranty." They lied to my face.. over some air filters. To quote the service manager, Shauna Kahler : "It's because we don't make any money on it."
