Absolutely the worst. Liars and totally inappropriate & excessive charges. Never, ever again will I take a vehicle here for service. I took my 2013 Ford Escape to get the sunroof motor changed and address a door lock issue. I waited a month for the appointment. A week into they first told me the sunroof was the switch. They claimed the motor was fine but would have to order a switch; so I asked: how did you operate the motor if you don’t have a switch. Absolutely great!!! My truck was trashed. It looked brand new when I got it back. Besides the detailing I also got a tonneau cover. They kept me updated through out the day sending me a video. Rob was top notch. Thank you!
