Phil Nace provided excellent service and a resolution on an ongoing issue that resulted in numerous visits to the dealership. His review of all work orders relating to this issue which indicated the repair was my responsibility however he was able to confirm it was under warranty. Within a week the part came in and the repair was completed. I will certainly request him for any future service appointments.
The staff was very friendly. The waiting room was very comfortable. Everything was good except that it took 2 hours and 10 minutes to do a state inspection and emission test.
