Great service fix my issues and was back on the road the same day
We brought our car in for new brakes ahead of schedule. They were able to suprise us with getting our car done a day earlier which helped us alot. The prices have been about equal to surrounding area despite the bad rep most dealerships get for unchanging. I am so happy we choose to bring our cars here
This service department has gone downhill rapidly since the departure of several people. I regret buying the oil change package at this dealership. This is the second time in a row I have taken my vehicle there (with appointments) where it took 2 hours one time and now 3 this last time for an oil change. I have an appt - and they tell me it's going to be two hours before they can even get to my car. What is the point of making an appointment? Customer service was severely lacking. $195 dollar per hour for labor is ridiculous, considering that the "technicians" that actually do the work maybe get an eight of the per hour fee. When I talked to the "service" tech, I was informed that "the book" stated that the repair job would take 2 1/2 hours for a rear brake and rotor replacement.
