This service department has gone downhill rapidly since the departure of several people. I regret buying the oil change package at this dealership. This is the second time in a row I have taken my vehicle there (with appointments) where it took 2 hours one time and now 3 this last time for an oil change. I have an appt - and they tell me it's going to be two hours before they can even get to my car. What is the point of making an appointment? Customer service was severely lacking. $195 dollar per hour for labor is ridiculous, considering that the "technicians" that actually do the work maybe get an eight of the per hour fee. When I talked to the "service" tech, I was informed that "the book" stated that the repair job would take 2 1/2 hours for a rear brake and rotor replacement. So the labor was almost $500 for a rear brake job...I talked to the "service" tech at 10:30 am, I arrived at the dealership at 12:30 thinking my vehicle would be done by 1:30. I text the... read more

Service is great. The people are great. However they implemented an automated answering system and it is of no help. Also hard to get to a human to speak to.
