Great service experience!
I am sorry to report that our recent service dept experience was quite frustrating. It began with being informed that our battery pack needed to be replaced and it could take 7-10 days to get the parts. OK, there's little control over that. We were then offered a loaner that would be available in 2-3 days. Two weeks later the battery pack still hadn't arrived, and we had no loaner.
