The body shop got me in quickly, and scheduling was easy and simple. Fortunately, they were able to buff out the scratch on the day of my appointment, in less than 30 minutes., My car is back to looking brand new, at no cost to me. Carly was friendly and offered me suggestions on how to save some money on fixing some damage to my wheel as well. Great service! I plan to return if I ever need any work done in the future.
If I could give negative stars I would. The lack of progress and communication has been extremely frustrating. A different story is told each time I'm lucky enough to even get someone on the phone. The car was brought to Baierl the beginning of August it is now over a month with no estimate of completion. This prolonged delay has caused a significant financial and logistical hardship. Everyone encountered was very nice. I was early for my appointment and they were able to still take care of me right away. Planning to get the repairs done there. Waiting for the parts to come in but that's not their fault.
