I don’t think I have ever received worse service in my life. This guy is rude, unresponsive and doesn’t come when he says he will. Our heat pump had a problem and we contacted this company in March 2023. He came to check and told us the motherboard was fried, that it’s on warranty and the company in Halifax would send the part. We waited for months for the part. The wrong one was sent so a new one needed to be sent. That’s what we were told anyway. I called them in Dec had been in hospital and our heat pump had stopped pumping heat . I had already got some electric heater but had not got them installed yet when heat pumps stopped working as it was Christmas week my electric I used before was very busy also and so I started calling around many could not make that week.
