This was my first time going. From the receptionist to the actual dentist they were All professional. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She made me feel like I was a part of the family. She made me feel comfortable as I explained how nervous I was. The actual dentist was very knowledgeable and professional. The nurse was helpful also. Everything was explained to me. The office was VERY clean and organized, even the bathroom. They definitely deserve 5 Stars.
This entire office is the definition of professionalism, kindness, and exceptional patient care. Dr. Baicy is compassionate, understanding, and one of the best dentists I've ever had. The entire staff is welcoming and makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an honest, caring, and skilled dental team.
Would not recommend. Dr Baicy is incredibly demeaning and rude, and I am not sure I had one good interaction with him. He was also creepy to my sister.
I recently experienced very rude and unprofessional behavior from Dr.Baicy. After seeking a second opinion on a significant procedure, she became defensive and had a visible attitude. When I tried to discuss my options, I was told to "have the second opinion fix it." Seeking a second opinion is a standard part of healthcare, being met with hostility for doing so is a major red flag.
Lovely, accomodating, super-smart, the mood is light by default, the vibe a potent mixture of fun, purpose and straight-talk about any issues without couching it in anything disingenuous.
