Margaret has blessed hands. This was my first time booking with her and I will most definitely be back. My hair looks and feels healthy and it's CUTE 🥰 I love the way she styled my pixie. Her salon is so cute and very welcoming. They way she washed my hair was amazing, I got to relax in a massage chair while I was under the dryer, I was treated like royalty. 10/10 I most definitely recommend her

Had a scheduled appointment to get a retwist! Got all the way there and my stylist had gone home for the day because she was sick which I completely understand but I wasn’t told about it until I got there! No email or text to reschedule..NOTHING! I’ve gone here before and enjoyed my experiences up until that day. I came all the way from Grandview! I won’t be going back and hope no one else has this problem.

I had a last-minute appointment with Bai The Way to get my hair done for a photo shoot. Miss Margaret was professional and punctual, and she gave me the best wash I've ever had. The massage chair was incredibly relaxing. I truly enjoyed my experience. Thank you so much for your excellent service, and I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Had an excellent experience getting my locs re-twisted at Bai The Way. The owner/hairstylist, Margaret is friendly, professional, skilled and fast with her work. I would highly recommend visiting her salon for loc re-twisting in Kansas City, Missouri!
