I came to Bai Finance to refinance my 2x loans with other lenders. Bai were efficient, however if you think you will be dealing with the brokers the whole time, you won't be. After your initial contact meetings you will then be passed on to a processing manager who doesn't always have the same concise information and advice the brokers have.
