The staff was rude and I reported the receptionist to the manager who said she’d speak with, but it was uncalled for and unprofessional. Also my ob/gyn ran tests I felt the gi pa should have ordered. I cancelled upper & lower GI procedures & follow up & found a diff doc. Doctors, your staff matters. “Bless your heart!”
My review has obviously been removed. STAY AWAY. I have since found out that other doctors know how bad he is. He lied to me about a procedure I had declined. Over my FACE, he said to his nurse, "I've decided to do it anyway and get her signature later if we need to." I would have gotten off the table if they had not already done all the prep for my endoscopy.
Do not go here. I’ve never had a medical experience more unprofessional.
I have been a patient there for 4 or 5 years. I agree if you have scheduled an appointment to see the doctor, you probably will have a wait in the office but if you are in there with him do you want him to rush through your appointment to see the next person on time? Or, do you want him to take his time to answer your questions? I’m fine with seeing his PA for follow ups. "I had a great experience with Dr. Ahmadi From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Ahmadi took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained the steps we would take to address my digestive issues. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and I appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable they were.
