Went in with issues with my v6 BMW sat nav on my 1600RT on 5 Aug 25 - I couldn’t pair it with my helmet! Matti helped me out big time, and after an hour and an update to my HJC headset, Matti succeeded where I had failed. It was towards the end of the day, and Matti really pulled out all the stops in order to sort the problem out - and it was all free of charge - guess where I’m going for my next service! A big thank you to Matti, and a big thank you to the Bahnstormer’s ethos of customer first.
Wolves in sheep's clothing? Nice people to deal with but be careful with what you are told and DOUBLE CHECK the details. Bahnstormer 'made a mistake' with the bikes history. The bike was advertised as two owners on a 1 year old bike. I questioned this at my first enquiry. I was told that it was actually a 1 owner bike but when they had taken the bike in for part exchange the previous owner accidentally completed the V5, adding another owner.
