As a business owner, I understand how busy one can be. But to tell a potential new customer he would give a call back and if not by a certain day to give him a call back. Not only did I call back not once or twice but three times and left a voicemail each time, and never getting a call back is just poor service to me. I understand if one has too much work especially being the only person working but be respectful and call the person. Good place good dude.
Jim is a very knowledgeable and trustworthy guy, he has been working on my car for a couple years now and has recently started working on both my mom and dad’s cars. Unfortunately he has stopped answering my calls and doesn’t return my messages. I am not sure why this is happening and it is very unfortunate because I really enjoyed having someone that I know I can trust working on mine and my family’s cars
Jim is a very knowledgeable fellow. he does great work fast. I needed my car up in a day and Jim didn’t disappoint. Always will be coming back!
