Very amazing spa with incredible staff. From the heavily trained RMT staff to brand new students, there's a price option for everyone. Thai massages have quickly become my personal favorite massage because while it can be mildly painful at times, they really work your muscles nicely so you feel actually recovered when you have sore muscles or muscle tension. Highly recommend!

I did some research on Thai massage before going so l would know generally what to expect since it was my first time. The front desk staff were so sweet and the vibe there is really relaxing. One thing I overlooked was that I would be face down on the hardwood floor for most of the session - it was definitely interesting/uncomfortable and something to consider if getting a Thai massage for the first time. I attended the Thai Massage Foundations Bootcamp Level I & 2. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. This was a well planned and executed program delivered by a passionate and knowledgeable teacher. Both the owner and teacher are fantastically dedicated to providing high quality education.
