I gave Dr Palma a try since she was closer than the obgyn I had been going to for years. Had one visit, not memorable so it must have been fine. My refills went through her for a year, and recently I had to request another refill. I still had a few left and submitted my refill request on a weekday. I was out of refills, but normally the pharmacy calls and Dr approves it. It was denied by her. No phone call or message on MyChart as to why, just a flat out denial. Michelle is a great ob/gyn who helped us through the entire journey. Having had lots of trouble starting a family, she reassured us and listened to all of our questions. She has a great sense of humor and knowledge.10/10

Dr. Bahn-Palma referred me to a RE for IVF treatment. She followed up after our meeting with the RE to make sure that we didn't have any additional questions for her and to make sure we were feeling comfortable with the process. Since becoming pregnant she has been very attentive and even sent a personal message of congratulations to us prior to our first appointment. She always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Looking forward to delivery in a few months.

I had to see her after my doctor left, could not connnect with her. She acted uninterested. I will absolutely not return.
