I bought a Tacori Smoky Quartz ring from here and the stone chipped twice under the prongs. It now rattles and sounds terrible plus the stone now looks cheap and bad. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. I don't recommend buying any Tacori jewelry from here. They said i would have to pay for shipping back to them and pay to have the stone replaced.
