She is very professional and when Dr. Bahar Sumbal-Yuksel receives results that are alarming, she will make sure she call. I love her care and kindness. Also, she lets the patients ask questions. I hate that she leaving the group where I receives care. Hopefully, Dr. Sumbal-Yuksel will still be practicing in my area.
Dr. Yuksel was very attentive to my needs and answered my questions thoroughly. She advised me that there is no quick fix, but that more will be revealed as the visits go on. She is also thorough about the blood tests, she requires, to find the answers she needs to relay more information to me. Overall, she’s a doctor I would recommend.

So far not a great experience. They've called and canceled/rescheduled my appointments 3x already in the last month. As a new patient, this isn't very reassuring...
When I first started seeing her I felt she was really trying to attend to my conditions. Now I feel she is just passing me off. How can any specialist give effective care via phone calls. If you are not able to see your patients then it should be common practice to transfer your clients to another Dr that can attend to them. This use to be the way patients were treated years ago.
