Guy was very knowledgeable and also discovered a gas leak that he repaired for me when he flushed out my tankless water heater. I have 2. Bahama’s plumbing pricing was very fair. I’ve used them several times over the last 2 years now. I’m very happy with the folks that have come to my home.
No one ever wants to be in a plumbing emergency; but, if you ever find yourself in one, you want Bahama Plumbing. We have had to call them in a few emergencies and they are caring, quick, and competent. We never have to worry if the job was done right. We have also called on them for a few non-emergency needs. Their prices are great and their employees are personable. They will remain on our short list of businesses we trust.
I recently had an issue where the pilot light on my gas water heater would not stay lit. I spent about an hour troubleshooting it myself, but no matter how long I held the ignitor, it would go out immediately. Based on the age of the unit (10 years) and some research, it was a 90% chance the thermocouple had gone bad. I called Bahama Plumbing to confirm the issue and get a quote for the repair. Respectful and courteous. Prompt, notified me that Technician was on their way within the window of appointment. The Technician arrived shortly there after and was prepared. Unfortunately I had asked several times prior for an estimate for the service requested. I was told the Technician had the price sheet with them.
